Additive Manufacturing

Advanced additive manufacturing technologies enable the development of complex geometries, functional prototypes, and application-specific components. Our technology portfolio covers metal, thermoplastic, and photopolymer printing processes for diverse engineering requirements.

01 / METAL TECHNOLOGIES

3D Metal Printing Facilities

Metal additive manufacturing supports the production of intricate components, specialized geometries, and engineering parts designed for demanding applications. Different processes are suited to different materials, component sizes, and production requirements.

SLM Metal Printer

Selective Laser Melting uses a laser to fuse metal powder layer by layer, producing complex metal components with detailed geometries.

WAAM Metal Printer

Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing deposits metal wire using an arc-based heat source to build larger structures and near-net-shape parts.

Binder Jetting Metal Printer

Binder jetting selectively applies a binding agent to metal powder. The printed parts typically require subsequent processing, such as debinding and sintering.

02 / POLYMER TECHNOLOGIES

Plastic & Resin-Based 3D Printers

Polymer-based additive manufacturing offers a range of solutions for concept models, prototypes, functional parts, detailed components, and application-specific designs.

FDM — PLA and ABS

Fused Deposition Modeling builds parts by depositing thermoplastic filament in successive layers. PLA and ABS are commonly used materials for prototypes and functional models.

SLA — Polymer Resin

Stereolithography uses light to cure photopolymer resin, supporting fine details, smooth surfaces, and precision model production.

SLS — Selective Laser Sintering (PA-12)

Selective Laser Sintering uses a laser to fuse polymer powder, commonly Nylon PA-12, into complex parts with functional design features.

MJF — Multi Jet Fusion (Nylon PA-12)

Multi Jet Fusion uses a detailing and fusing agent with thermal energy to produce polymer parts, commonly using Nylon PA-12.

DLP — Photopolymer Resin

Digital Light Processing cures photopolymer resin using projected light. Flexible parts can be produced when compatible flexible resin materials are selected.

Engineering Applications

Additive manufacturing can support rapid prototyping, complex component development, design verification, customized geometries, and low-volume production. The appropriate process depends on material properties, dimensional requirements, operating conditions, and the intended application.
