Advanced Fabrication & Joining Solutions

Precision cutting, forming, welding and manufacturing services for engineered metal and plastic components. Our process selection considers material type, component geometry, dimensional requirements and intended application.

Fabrication Processes & Capabilities

From raw material preparation to precision forming and joining, fabrication combines suitable manufacturing technologies to produce components and assemblies for industrial and engineering applications.

01 — Cutting Technologies

PROCESS 01

CNC Gas Cutting

CNC-controlled oxy-fuel cutting for suitable steel plate applications, supporting profiles and large components according to specified dimensions.

PROCESS 02

Sheet Metal Laser Cutting

Computer-controlled laser cutting for accurate sheet-metal profiles, detailed contours and repeatable component production.

PROCESS 03

Sheet Metal Waterjet Cutting

High-pressure waterjet cutting, with abrasive assistance where appropriate, for complex profiles and materials requiring a low-heat cutting process.

02 — Welding & Joining

PROCESS 04

Arc Welding — Multiple Processes

Arc welding methods selected for the base material, joint design and service requirements. Processes can include SMAW, GMAW/MIG-MAG, FCAW and SAW, as appropriate.

PROCESS 05

TIG Welding

Gas tungsten arc welding for controlled, clean welds on suitable materials where joint quality and precision are important.

PROCESS 06

Laser Welding

Focused laser energy for precise joining, narrow welds and controlled heat input on compatible materials and component geometries.

PROCESS 07

Plastic Welding

Joining compatible thermoplastics using suitable techniques such as hot-gas, hot-plate or ultrasonic welding, depending on the polymer and component design.

03 — Forming & Specialized Manufacturing

PROCESS 08

CNC Rolling

Controlled rolling of sheet and plate into cylindrical or curved profiles, with settings selected for material thickness, radius and component dimensions.

PROCESS 09

CNC Bending

CNC-controlled bending for accurate angles and repeatable sheet-metal parts, including brackets, enclosures, panels and formed profiles.

PROCESS 10

Dish-End Manufacturing

Forming and finishing dished ends for suitable cylindrical vessels and industrial equipment, subject to specified geometry, material and applicable design and inspection requirements.

Engineering Applications

Fabricated components can serve industrial machinery, structural assemblies, sheet-metal products, equipment enclosures and vessel-related applications. Process selection depends on material specifications, tolerances, design requirements and applicable quality standards.
